Project title: Question and answer forum on articles.
Context: This project, carried out as part of a supervised personal project, involved a distribution of tasks within a group. The main objective was to design a forum allowing asynchronous exchanges between users on published articles.
Tools used:
- Sublime Text 3 for code editing.
- XAMPP for local deployment and development server management.
- Discord for team coordination and communication.
Estimated workload: The project took 24 hours of work.
Period of completion: Development took place between October 18 and November 8, 2019.
Objectives and functional needs:
- Implementation of an article management system allowing their publication and organization.
- Development of a forum for asynchronous exchanges between users around published articles.
Technologies used:
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front-end development.
- PHP coupled with MySQL for back-end and database management.
Documentation provided: A specification was produced to structure and validate the different stages of the project.
Summary: This project allowed me to strengthen my knowledge in full-stack web development, with an in-depth study of the technologies used, and to put into practice skills in collaborative project management.
