of an infirmary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project title:<\/strong> Student visit management application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Context:<\/strong> This project consisted of developing an application to efficiently manage students' medical visits, while providing functionalities to administer information relating to students and medications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tools used:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Development :<\/strong> Visual Studio 2022 for application creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Database:<\/strong> SQL Server for data management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Version management:<\/strong> Git and GitHub for code tracking and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estimated workload:<\/strong> The project took about 30 hours of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Period of completion:<\/strong> From October 21, 2021 to January 7, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives and functional needs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a feature to manage student information (name, first name, class, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish a system to record and track students' medical visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage information on medications used during visits (name, dosage, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technologies used:<\/strong> C# language was used to develop the application, with SQL Server as the database to store and manage information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentation provided:<\/strong> A specification document (CDC) was produced to structure and guide the different stages of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This project allowed me to strengthen my skills in C# programming, while discovering its capabilities for developing management applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The combination of C# and SQL Server allowed me to acquire a better mastery of the interactions between an application and a database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A contextualized watch on C# was carried out, enriching my knowledge of best
